1. Introduction
Welcome to A2B India Holidays. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our yacht rental services. By booking and using our yachts, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking Process
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A booking is confirmed once the required deposit is received.
2.2 Payment Terms
- A deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the rental start date.
- For bookings made less than 30 days before the rental start date, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1 Cancellation by the Client
- Cancellations made more than 60 days before the rental start date will receive a full refund minus a processing fee of 10%.
- Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the rental start date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the rental start date are non-refundable.
3.2 Cancellation by A2B India Holidays
- We reserve the right to cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or yacht maintenance issues. In such cases, a full refund will be provided or an alternative date offered.
4. Use of the Yacht
4.1 Charter Period
- The charter period begins and ends at the times agreed upon in the booking confirmation.
4.2 Conduct on Board
- The client is responsible for the conduct of all guests on board.
- Any illegal activities, including drug use, are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the rental without a refund.
4.3 Damage and Liability
- The client is liable for any damage caused to the yacht or its equipment during the rental period.
- A security deposit may be required and will be refunded after the rental period, provided no damage has occurred.
5. Safety and Regulations
5.1 Compliance
- The client must comply with all local maritime laws and regulations.
5.2 Safety Briefing
- A safety briefing will be provided before the yacht sets sail. The client and all guests must attend and adhere to the safety instructions.
6. Insurance
- A2B India Holidays provides basic insurance coverage for the yacht and its passengers. However, clients are advised to obtain their own travel insurance to cover personal belongings and any additional risks.
7. Force Majeure
- A2B India Holidays is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or government actions.
8. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
